We charge Euro 375/month for providing you our connector installation, support, and upgrades. Any enhancements for you can also easily be done at Euro 85 hour. It is very cost effective and you set yourself to sell your product to millions of potential customers.
EULA for Channel Engine Odoo App
End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”)

Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before purchasing, downloading or using Channel Engine Odoo Connector ("Application", “software”, “software product”). By purchasing, downloading or using the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not purchase and do not download or use the Application.
License
ERPify USA Inc. grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application solely for your own purpose for one company, strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The price of the license is Euro 750 (without taxes) in Europe, and USD 825 (without taxes). NO SUPPORT or SERVICE is offered as a part of this price. You may get additional support at the rate of EURO 75/hour (without taxes)in Europe and USD 95/hour (without taxes) in the USA.
Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to: a) license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party. b) modify or rebrand the Application.
Term and Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by ERPify USA, Inc.
ERPify USA, Inc. may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from ERPify USA, Inc., in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Application and all copies thereof from your mobile device or from your desktop or servers or any other place.
Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your mobile device or from your desktop.
AMENDMENTS
ERPify USA, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time.
COPYRIGHTS
The software product is protected by copyrights and international treaty provisions.
NO WARRANTIES
The author of this Software expressly disclaims any warranty for the software product. The software product and any related documentation or material is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. The entire risk arising out of the use or performance of this software remains with you.
NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES
In no event shall the author or distributor of this software be liable for any damages whatsoever.
SUPPORT OR SERVICE
No support or service is provided as a part of the purchase of software n no event shall the author or distributor of this software be liable for any damages whatsoever.
